Forever Virgin? Not So Much. More Like 21.

America’s highest volume music store is closing down. That would be Virgin Megastore in Times Square in New York City.

It seems the decision has less to do with music sales (store makes $6 million profit) and more to do with rent. Apparently they are paying super cheap rent and the new owner of the building will be making about 13 times more by leasing the space to Forever 21.

Bad news for music lovers. Good news for teenie boppers.
