The owners of nightclubs Mansion and Pink Elephant have filed for bankruptcy, citing disputes over rent and property taxes. The bankruptcy papers for Mansion and Pink Elephant filed under managing partner Bruce Dunston.

Down by the Hipster gets his hands on documents that show Pink Elephant and Mansion filing for bankruptcy due to disputes over rent and property taxes. The club is declaring $1 to $10 million in both assets and liabilities and the report shows that:

* Callin Fortis - Nightclub designer to the stars is owed $400,000
* Kenneth Barilich - The Crobar magnate is owed $400,000
* Kelly Cutrone - People’s Revolution owner, Hills star is owed $20,000.
